This Friday we are celebrating our newest client, Hannah Lucy Stage School! The creative and expressive dance studio based on Haltwhistle Main Street is a popular and excellent learning space for children and adults alike! With plenty of dance styles and classes, Hannah puts her business and her dancers first, as shown by her new inventive way of conducting dance exams!

Before, hiring an invigilator to come in and run the exam can be costly to both parents and teachers, along with long waiting times for the medals and certificates. Hannah’s new plan to change the way these exams are run saves time, money, and a lot of stress. By sourcing the medals and certificates herself and allowing the dancers to rehearse and perform in the same studio with the same teachers makes the dancers feel more confident when being assessed. 

With everything from ballet to street, tap to cheerleading, Hannah’s dance school has created a space for every interest in the field. Also offering fitness classes, Hannah, a BTDA certified teacher and the Principal teacher of the school, has experienced the exams that the dancers will go through in her own dance career, having danced with the BTDA since 1996. Her years of experience as well as her fun and energetic personality ensures that you or your child will receive the best dance training Haltwhistle has to offer.

Understanding the stress and difficulties in traditional examinations, Hannah has completely revolutionised the way dancers receive these achievements, and has created a space of open communication, where the dancers' comfort and parent’s pockets come first.
